Region Western Europe is responsible for the sales activites in the Nordics, Benelux, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK & Ireland.

Regional Sales Director - Western Europe

Do you enjoy managing a team of professionals delivering to customers products & solutions that boost the productivity and sustainability making the world a better place for us all? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Sales Director for Wolong Motors & Drives to be based in the region. In this position you would be responsible for leading and coaching your team and delivering budget achieving results by driving the strategy in the region.

Your background and what is important to us

We’re looking for an experienced people manager with proven track record in sales management and a results driven way of working. You have a strategic vision to grow the business profitably in line with the EMEA strategy and you lead your team of +20 Sales Engineers in implementing it.

You have successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or relevant field of study and/or versatile experience gained through work experience. Knowledge of motors and drives industry is considered an advantage. You posses a good skill set in negotiation, interaction and cooperation with different cultures. You are fluent in English, while knowledge of any other language in the region is an asset. You’re expected to travel within the region.
